I changed this to just doing notification work.. I might do happiness later, but I think we need proper player ramp up before we start losing something important like peeple.

If Peeple are genuinely unhappy for a while and peeple amount is > 1 That peeple will leave.
But before that happens, we should give identifiers to the player to let them know that the person is unhappy.
Oxygen not included notifier system would be great
