Add image selection preprocessing tools in video stream (canvas) right click context menu

Allow users to:

• Configure image preprocessing inside a context menu by right clicking the video stream
• Export preprocessing profiles in YML to local disk
• Import preprocessing profiles in YML to local disk

Sketch 1 with import in dropdown

Sketch 2 with import as icon button

Notes:

• no need to save profile as default in case user changes game
• profile is applied to all OCR engines
• profiles are located inside a specified profiles folder. When importing a profile, the profile is copied to the profiles folder unless already exists.
