Change Heads & Skulls API #38

Switch to Crafatar API

I was using Crafatar originally and it actually seemed like the site I am currently using loaded faster. However, I will be sure to check this out when I get home. I give users the ability to change the API used for heads because it is hard for me to keep track of which site is faster. Users from France, let’s say, might also want to use a French API. I’m currently on vacation.

I have removed the option for skull images at this time.
