Hi!

I have connection to my SQL database. You can see it by the following picture. But I don't see the punished players... what is going wrong? I am sorry but it is a pain for me to understand php and so on.

This seems to be a problem for a lot of users... I have absolutely no idea what the problem is. Have you tried updating your PHP version?

Hi mathhulk, I have no chance to update PHP. because I would not know what I have to do :). The web content is hosted by a friend and I will ask him for the php version.

Hi mathhulk, the php-version I actually use is PHP 5.4.45. What can I do to help you? I could ask for another version. In this moment my friend has added php 5.5.38. But the issue is remaining.

I honestly have no idea why it isn't working. Are you using the latest version?

The latest version of PHP is 7.x, but I am asking if you are using the latest version of the AdvancedBan Web Addon.

This should be fixed in the latest version. If not, please create another issue.
