Support upstream 2021-06-07 changes #36

This commit also removes all no longer reported fields.

I strongly suspect what RKI seems to describe as atLeastPartiallyVaccinated* is actually mostly onlyPartiallyVaccinated*, in that it refers to first doses only. I'll take a look and, if necessary, will rename the fields accordingly in a follow-up patch.
