I did not change anything from .os and this is what I've got:

Any idea how to fix this?

I don't think there is a "fix" for this, it's just warnings about how the settings work. For now, I've just appended a 2> /dev/null to the impacted lines (systemsetup and pmset calls) and everything seems to be okay so far.

I fixed it by changing the numbers. It made sense to be fair.
