Right now if you delete test #1 on the edit page, and you have 2 or more other tests so that it should be valid, the submit goes through, and it fails silently on the server side, resetting your form and leaving you on the edit page with no indication of why.
While fixing this I realized the validation issue is a lot larger and I'll open a separate bug report for that.
