Optional details aren't optional

When creating a new test, the form group titled "Your details (optional)" is actually not optional. Name and email fields are required.

Good catch! We recently adjusted those for the spam filter.

Fixed in production. The spam changes are not in this repository yet and probably will never be so it doesn’t make sense to commit this change here.
