JDump ready for Joomla 2.5 and 3 #18

I have made a fork of your great extension JDump. i have add some source code complements (Classes Legacy, tag 'install' rename to 'extension' in XML files, last strict standard ...).

Now your component and plugin in this fork is working on both Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.0. But this version will not work anymore on Joomla 1.5.

Ready to merge !

This has the exact same issue as has my own PR: It wont work on Joomla versions before 2.5.5 as the legacy classes were introduced then. It's basically a duplicate PR more or less :-)

I've merged changes from this PR and the other one together in https://github.com/mathiasverraes/jdump/pull/19

I'd like to release that version ASAP, so if you guys could have a quick look and see if it works for you, that'd be super :-)
