Joomla 3.0 compatibility #19

I've decided to deprecate Joomla versions < 2.5.5. People who need compatibility with older Joomla versions can still download the older J!Dump releases.

This PR includes things from https://github.com/mathiasverraes/jdump/pull/17 and https://github.com/mathiasverraes/jdump/pull/18

Hello, I agree, deprecate joomla<2.5.5 is a good decision (just remenber to talk about it in a readme file or in the on-line help of the component) I will test the j30compat branch today or tommorrow, and come back to you.
