Update download link to last package and created a ready to download/install package, useful also for install via url in the Joomla! extension panel or Composer.
I'm quite noobish in these things, hope it's not too shoddy! (Is the versioning mantained in PRs between forks? Because the package is included there. I mostly updated the Readme.md to init the PR)
