Package as an Electron application #741

I think it would beneficial to package mathics as an electron application.

This should be possible after reading this https://www.fyears.org/2017/02/electron-as-gui-of-python-apps-updated.html

and this https://stackoverflow.com/questions/32158738/python-on-electron-framework

This is obviously a feature request. Starting a server and browsing it with a browser isn't exactly ideal.

Hi there. I personally think this is a bit out of the scope of this project. As you've said, it shouldn't be that hard to that, but it's a project on it's own and it shouldn't be included in this repository. @wolfv What do you think?

This issue has been open for a while so I don't think its a straight answer.

Alternatively we should be able to switch the kernel with this but that's again might be out of scope for this project.
