Upgrade Inferno example #102

I'm not sure what version the previous Inferno example was using, but I'm assuming 0.7 because inferno-dom no longer exists in the beta nor will it for 1.0.

Changes

import Inferno's latest app from here
remove inferno-dom
upgrade to beta43

This implementation hasn't been updated in 22 days, so maybe @trueadm has some quick insight to improving it.
