Suggestion: Add a CHANGELOG #7

Figured I'd toss this out there. I follow this project's releases and at the moment the releases don't contain any info about what changed in each release. It'd be great to either have a CHANGELOG.md file (like Keep A Changelog suggests) or to add the changes to the Github releases. It would make it easier to follow the project updates.

The other idea would be to point in each release notes to the hex.pm version diffs.

Thank you, I'll add a Changelog at some point:) I wish I did that from the start and for my other repos as well.
