Fixes #9, fixes #8, fixes #5, fixes #4, fixes #3, fixes #2.
All fixes have been proven/tested on a r0.3 PCB.
Library paths for 3d components fixed.
10m LPF cap value tweaked.
30/40m LPF added cap (based on experiments on bench).
More ground via staples around MRF101 (experimental observation with thermal laser/imaging show this is the hottest part of the board).
