compressor choice #8

For >2.4 we should re-evaluate our choice of compressor.

Cleaning up the backlog I looked at the old discussion about it -- and found http://yuiblog.com/blog/2012/10/16/state-of-yui-compressor/ -- YUI has moved to uglify in the mean time. Closing this in favor of #12
