Mark/Remove proper nouns #6

The Scots locale has "MathsJax", "MathsML", "ApenMaths" etc. I think I fixed all of those on translatewiki.net but we should probably remove or mark all proper nouns eventually.

I looked into this some more and it seems a very messy issue -- some languages transcribe TeX or MathML or even Maple, other don't but it's not consistent which languages do and which ones don't.

So I think we should leave it as is and review changes as they come in.
