move `demos/mathml-samples` #29

The redirect is not good enough for some use cases, e.g., w3.org/math

And demos/ is not a bad idea to start.

On second thought, we don't want to recreate old pages; this is only for cases on the level of W3C. The demos folder should contain items that serve temporary needs, e.g., alongside a blog post.

On third thought, I'd like to undo this. The MathWG home already re-wrote their link. It's too bad that we can't do better redirects (e.g., to anchors). Perhaps we should recreate the samples on the mathjax-examples repo for posterity or something...
