[footer/frontpage] page.url check fails on GitHub #52

The switch to Jekyll 3 seems to have broken the check.

I updated my local Jekyll installation and it works fine locally.

Let's disable the check for now until I can track this down. That way, the frontpage will work again.

Fixed by https://github.com/mathjax/MathJax-website/commit/d20dd6e5a7130d181e3e9afe73da57fbe4166c48.

Problem is: my local installation of Jekyll 3 behaves differently. Which one is right? What on earth is GitHub doing? And why does Travis fail to build Jekyll completely now?

Sigh.
