Using the MediaWiki Extension:MathJax https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:MathJax Installed with files from http://people.cs.kuleuven.be/~dirk.nuyens/Extension_MathJax/

In Special:Version at http://www.sdiy.info/w/Special:Version, there is the following that shouldn't be there: Entry point - $wgArticlePath Article path] URL - UNIQc33e7038eeec0c46-MathJax-2-QINU1

For future lurkers: that extension is out of date. Use the MediaWiki Math Extension which includes MathJax.
