--blacker option for tex2svg #16

This resolves issue https://github.com/mathjax/mathjax-node-cli/issues/15, exposing the popular SVG configuration blacker as the option --blacker to the tex2svg command.

The underlying reason for this pull request is the fact that the math2svg Pandoc Lua filter would benefit greatly of tex2svg with --blacker support.
