Swap mj library #7

Uses mathjax-node-sre instead of mathjax-node. This will get the speech to work (which we claim should work by default anyway).

I understand why we want to test mathjax-node for a number of versions. But these are effectively just a few shell scripts, so I don't really see the need for testing all old version. It's more important to see if yargs works in the latest. But if you want, I can add those versions again.

Thanks. Btw., I just recalled that I did the changes for the new yargs the other day for mathjax-node-sre. It should be very quick to do it for cli as well.
