We want to add RTL support for the Pontoon Intro page: https://pontoon.mozilla.org/intro/

It's loaded on Pontoon homepage when browser language is set to one of the RTL locales, e.g.: https://pontoon.mozilla.org/ar/pontoon-intro/messages.properties/
