Error R12 in Update to Pontoon

Steps to reproduce:

so i upload to other things, pontoon is printed 'Error R12' and not uploading. so past upload, sometime (even 600 sec+), pontoon is hold on and upload success. but now, time is flowing, and pontoon is not sync message. so i need Postgredb edit program, and delete all the thing, and reupload to this.

Actual results:

upload is stopped, and R12 Message occur - Error R12 (Exit timeout) -> At least one process failed to exit within 30 seconds of SIGTERM

Expected results:

past, upload is completed.

Before i using custom python version etc, but it's not working. and also default python dependent is not working

So these situlation is here

1. • Old(Current) file is exist
2. • Pontoon is working, but in DB Part - heroku[worker.1]: Error R12 (Exit timeout) -> At least one process failed to exit within 30 seconds of SIGTERM
3. • going to Infinity Roop

those thing, so i think other solution for trial and error.

1. moving all file in git repo.
2. sync_project command execute
3. using DBMS(i using DBeaver), deleting base resources (of course, these project's all thing)
4. if delete process all, retry upload to Git repo.

ah that sigterm is occur standard-1x +, so maybe not heroku's dyno.
