How to test ssd with fp16 inference time??? #20

I think FP16 support for SSD object detect was added here: https://github.com/NVIDIA/caffe You can try that repository. We have not yet taken those changes.

We have now rebased on caffe-0.17 branch which claims to support fp16 for SSD. If you still face any issue, let us know.
