It is possible to compute gamma function for complex argument, but I can't see it in the SpecialFunctions class. There only the real argument one.
I suspect this was aimed at Math.NET Numerics instead of Neodym? But I confirm, we currently only provide real-argument implementations of Gamma-like special functions
