CPU temperature not supported - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D #491

Describe the bug
I get the following Message posted and CPU Temp is not showing up: "[WARNING] Your CPU temperature is not supported yet"

CPU Temp is shown in LibreHardwareMonitor.exe

Using LHM instead of Python libraries works like a charm.
