Level2, Tests and Examples #37

Implements IQFeed Level2 API using same design as Level1 API. Includes tests and an example. Also includes a separate example for retrieving futures chains.

@jphiggs I need to get IQFeed L2 access in order to be able to review adequately and merge this..

@mathpaquette, if you don't need or want L2 access on a continuing basis, I/we could speak with IQFeed about temporary access for you for testing purposes, since I'm already enabled and it's probably also in their interest. Let me know if you'd like me to speak with them.

damn, I need to take care of it. The problem I need to setup some time to test it in live...
