Default interval seems to be in hours. Example when I enter 5 it starts counting down from 5 hours not minutes. #165

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Allow setting default interval to minutes in preferences
2.or allow time to be entered as minutes.

What is the expected output? When I enter 05 I expected a kitchen timer to 
start at 5 minues and countdown from there.
What do you see instead? It couts down from 5 hours.

Please include the following info:
Phone model? Samsung Galaxy Note II
Android Version?
ROM?

If possible, provi(323) 707-3902de a logcat of the issue:
If you get a Force Close do an: adb logcat

Please provide any additional information below.
