iss1211 - Fix issues from native tests #1269

This fixes the issues with STACK in the App connected to Coulomb I've found so far.

Oddly, MathJax does not seem to be working properly for any other type of question. Investigating... (It's not bleed through from anything I've done. I checked on the Demo server and there's the same problem there.)
