I find your Quarg lore a little odd. It's fine, because plugins don't need to follow existing lore!
- [ ] Think through what the Coalition and Quarg are thinking after the wormhole opens. Write that down. Use that as material for dialog and future missions.
I think the Quarg would have more interest in closing the wormhole (it exposes the Coalition to humanity) and finding out why it appeared. The Coalition/Heliarch might be thinking that the Quarg want to invade them and retake their rule over them.
@lumbar527 That's a good point. And the Quarg are probably thinking the Pug are messing with them. Maybe because they are...

Storyline
[ ] Think through what the Coalition and Quarg are thinking after the wormhole opens. Write that down. Use that as material for dialog and future missions.
Show the player both sides of the story. Why do they need to fight each other? This should feel very similar to what we already see in-game, but with greater urgency and higher stakes.
[x] Let the player choose a side and get some of the outfits from that side.
[x] Make the ability to capture Heliarch ships part of the Quarg storyline.
Suggest the player repair the ships, maybe even do a mission where they capture a Heliarch ship after they realize the evils of the Coalition. The Quarg just want peace. Or something like that.
Note to self: Build in disabled Quarg ships and use
event "jump drives looted"
