Preparing changes for v1.2.2 update of the MATLAB extension for VS Code.

See CHANGELOG.md for the changes included.

Test failures are most likely caused by expired MATLAB licensing information. This will need to be updated.

These tests pass locally for me, so we should be able to proceed with the release.
