This is a list of the things we would like bash setup.sh to do.

[ ] Install all python dependencies
- [X] make virtual environment and add requirements.txt
[ ] Ask whether user wants desktop icon with logo
- [x] Make .ico
- [ ] Make a desktop entry for this
[ ] install r-base
[ ] install all r packages
- [ ] install.packages("devtools")
- [ ] devtools::install_github("matiasandina/fed3")
- [ ] install.packages("tidyverse", dependencies = T)
- [ ] shiny
- [ ] DT
- [ ] bslib
- [ ] shinyFiles

Check this for a bash script. We need to adapt this to the packages that we want to install. There is a lot of extra things to remove.

Given some issues with virtual environment (see #36) I think this has to be done properly on install
