Feature Request: Scan previews or first frame of videos

Expected behaviour

Scan faces from video files (or their preview images) like recognize does and add them to persons. I would really love to see that feature, since my Nextcloud is full of old family videos.

Actual behaviour

Nothing, when you click on a video under "people" it says, this image has not been analyzed yet.

Steps to reproduce

1. Upload video

Server configuration

• Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

• Pdlib version:

• How is DLib installed: Make sure it is working correctly with this tool apt install php8.1-pdlib

• PHP version: 8.1

• Web server: apache

• Database: mysql

• Nextcloud version: 25.0.6

  Client configuration

• Browser: Edge/Safari/Chrome

• Operating system: macOS/iOS/iPadOS/Android
