Add Readme-Like-Button

Readme-Like-Button uses github actions to be able to have some kind of "like" button within the readme. These buttons can be used as polls or other

Few things to resolve:

• Spelling mistake: intyegrate
• The start of the description doesn't make sense.
• Hasn't been added in alphabetical order within the "Tools" section.
• For the link text it would be preferable to use a project name instead of a description.

General thoughts:

• I'm doubtful that this "like" functionality is valuable enough to warrant a place on the list of tools.
• It's a bit awkward to use:
  • Users have to raise an issue to "like" the readme.
  • The like counter is not immediately updated.
  • After several hours, the issues are still open.
  • As a repository owner I would not want to be notified about every "like" of the readme.
  • No way for the user to know if they have liked the readme.
• The functionality appears to overlap with GitHub's star system.
• The poll system seems more useful, but there's no demo for that.
• There's no instructions for adding this to a repository.
• The only headline in the readme is misleading.
• The tool is very new and my first use of it immediately resulted in a bug. I don't think this is stable enough to be added to this repository.

Effectively, we could discuss the utility.

Compared to poll system, I don't think an overview of it could be embedded in readme

(The issues are actually cleaned up by a scheduled pipeline)
