Move tags #62

Version of Vue I'm using?: 2.5.16

Version of vue-input-tag I'm using?: 1.0.3

How can I move tags? I would like to be able to add tags between other tags or drag and drop them.

I'm not planning on implementing this. But feel free to open a PR 👍
