Allow Cron Jobs to Be Overridden #6

Some Cron tasks have predetermined waiting times which can get in the way of instant gratification. Cron jobs should have the ability to be overridden from the administration panel. A counter may be useful in ensuring people are notified if they are approaching 3rd-party API request limits (which Twitter & Evernote both have).

This has been resolved with the 13D001 Release.
