Update Wasp and OpenSaaS to the latest version #10

Trackit uses old versions of both Wasp and OpenSaaS. Since there have been many breaking changes, the easiest thing will be to create a fresh Open SaaS project and manually transfer all the Trackit logic to it (since there isn't that many of it).
