Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. CWR 3.0 adds a possibility to transfer third-party work IDs

Describe the solution you'd like Make a plan, describe in the comments, ask for approval. Then, do it.

Reduced to society work IDs, did not require any database changes. Other third party work IDs when societies implement sending them.
