Arguments to functions are not consistent #23

Some arguments accept local_wcvp alongside wcvp_names and wcvp_distributions, which I think is redundant? We should remove this for consistency once issue #2 is firmed up.

Could also look at argument order to make things extra consistent.

Whoops, I thought I'd caught all of them. Should definitely be wcvp_names and wcvp_distributions.
