Need to deal with unplaced names differently #31

Currently, unplaced names are included in checklists (and thus summary tables) and other functions because they have distribution information attached (and so I assumed that they were good species that needed new combinations) but that's not the case, so need to add an include.unplaced=FALSE argument to ?most functions and documentation.

Or, we could just treat them as synonyms and not bother with an argument.
