Updated occurrence-type filtering in wcvp_distribution to follow what is displayed on the distribution maps on POWO, so regions are shown as introduced if there are no native extant species, location_doubtful if there are only species with doubtful location there, and extinct if the only species that are listed in that region are extinct.
I also added a check to make sure the results returned by wcvp_distribution for a genus are the same as the distribution for that genus listed in WCVP.
