Effect not working on Plasmashell window #185

The rounded corner effect, implemented via KDE-Rounded-Corners, doesn't display on Plasma Shell windows, like when setting a wallpaper. This occurs in KDE Neon with Plasma 6 and Kubuntu with KDE Plasma 5.27.8.

This should be fixed with #196
