The footer still tends to run off the page despite it now being reduced to 3 lines. See pdf preview for property 1144.
I could understand this if the description was taking up much of the available space and pushing the footer off the page, but on 1144 it isn't. There seems to be plenty of dead space below the description. Can you finally remedy this please ?
