Property search results - areas #59

Searched for a property in Bendinat and the first results listed were in Illetas. Properties from the primary search location are to be listed first in ascending price order, then followed by other properties contained within the Area Group.

primary search locations should now work. Secondary locations is very complex so I will come to that later
