need to change date format

This needs to be more specific

When entering the property details - Date of Instruction - a calendar appears - this is fine. When press ok - the date appears in American format (month-day-year) and not UK format (day-month-year). We need this feature in UK, European format.

ok, though how it displays in the admin area has no bearing on what date is stored in the database, it'll still be the same date.
