CAN YOU PLEASE SET A LIMIT ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE ADMIN DESCRIPTION BOXES. WHEN TEXT IS VIEWED ON THE PDF's, CHARACTERS CAN DISAPPEAR OFF THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE PAGE ALTHOUGH THEY MAY STILL BE VISIBLE IN THE ADMIN DESCRIPTION BOX. (EG. WINDOW DISPLAY PDF FOR PROPERTY 1293).

with regards to 1293, you hadn't entered the text properly. When pasting text always use the paste from word button, as you had pasted in some formatting from the editor which was showing up on the site. Nothing should disapear off the right hand side, with the current setup you should only get text going onto a second page with the pdfs
