13 years ago you should be able to change a property ref when viewing a property by changing the property ref. Put the number in the field next to the button "change property ref". When you create a new property you can put in a property ref, there is a box for entering it. If you don't enter a property ref it will automatically create one.
You can only create a custom property ref, or change a ref to another ref if that ref doesn't already exist in the database. Most properties from the old system are already in this system because I imported them
Deleting a property I've made purposefully awkward (so it is difficult to do by accident). In the list of properties, there is a link by each property called "archive". This will remove the property from the main property list, and therefore also from the website if it is active. You can access archived properties by going to the submenu of properties called "deleted properties" (it should be archived properties but I've not changed that yet.. semantics) Here you can delete the properties. This is final, so no getting it back.
How can I delete a property? When trying to add a property to existing vendors the system automatically allocated a number which I could not change.
I need to delete ref 1315 and 1312.
