chore(ci): add testing action #15

Changes

Add GitHub Action to Verify Tests and run integration tests during PR
Added requirements.txt and updated setup.py to pull from it
Moved all testing files into the tests folder
Updated README with setup instructions
Updated test.py to be Integration tests
