request traversal, nested folders, lint/test cleanup

• add black, vulture and coverage to the dev deps
• format code with black
• add helper script to run pytest with params
• linting (pylint)
• replace print with logging
• support nested folders
• support requests not in a folder -> assign to "TopLevel" Folder
• collection level auth (bearer)
• walk functions to traverse requests and folders

removed:

• extract_dict_from_raw_headers - was not used
